I had the opportunity to try on the burgers from Smashed Burgers, by ex-pilot from Malaysia Airlines. Owned by Naeem Naasir, who recently got lay-off due to Covid-19
Located at Bukit Jelutong, at Restaurant Zubai Bistro, people are flooding to orders their special "Oman" burgers. He and his wife loves eating burgers when staying in Oman, and now they're in Malaysia, they have come up with an idea of bringing burgers like in the Oman, to be presented in their own way after a month of learning from TVs and videos on Youtube.
Before, orders are being collected through walk-ins, but since they've got viral, they have changed it to pre-orders through whatsapp.
I was lucky enough to get a slot for today's orders, and I booked it yesterday haha. Imaging they are sold out for three days !
People who came tonight, all had to go back with empty stomach due to unavailability of the burgers. Tonight's only they managed to sell 175 burgers ! Whereas they should have been maximum of 75 burgers per day !
All thanks to all the people who shares about his story, and now he's going viral ! So they have taken a step, to include orders through EasyEats apps, to easen up their burden of collecting orders. This can be used next week, InsyaAllah.

2 sets of Beef Bacon burgers + Curly fries
3 sets of Smashed burgers + Onion rings
I had the Smashed burgers, it consists of soft bun, homemade beef patty, melted cheese, caramelized onions and signature sauce.
All I can say, for a RM10 burger, it is quite delicious ! Really loving the homemade patty and also the signature sauce. My dad even said to come again for more burgers ! The bread is so soft and buttery like the KGB's.
